We figured this was as good a day as any to kick off the new blog. Katie got a call at 4:58 this morning with the "no school" news she had been waiting for. I am working from home today. Here is typical Cincinnati over-reaction. The snow started about 11 last night after much build up from the news. Of course there were towns declaring snow emergencies at 2:30 in the afternoon. Hello, there is NO precipitation. None. And yet, as I write, the roads still aren't clean. At least they made one pass, which is better than last week's snow day.
The freezing rain keeps coming and the ice is starting to take over. The trees look pretty great and provide me with a really good excuse to not go into the office. The limbs are starting to hang lower from the weight and the power lines are coated with a good layer of ice. Reminds me of my elementary snow days and the long icicles we'd get in NC.It sure is fun to be reminded of the goodness of a snow day. Hot chocolate, movies and a best buddy to share it all with.
Whoever invented days like this was a genius.

Great job, Colinski. I like how you've represented us.
Welcome aboard the blog train! Hope you guys update fairly often (assuming there is enough interesting stuff going on out there in Ohio?)
