We know we will get to see some of our readers over the next couple of weeks. So you are prepared, we wanted to give you a quick translation tutorial for the youngster's vocabulary. There is a fairly simple decoder key. I have always liked puzzles so I'll let you figure it out on your own from the following examples.
buh = bear
buhr = bird
bal = ball (this is the clearest yet)
b = book
do = dog
p = penguin
dow = down
bup = up
dat = that
beh = belly
beh (growled) = belly button
b = glass or milk or car or window or light or basically anything that doesn't already start with the letter b)
da = Dad
bob = Mom (seriously, this is what he says, over and over)
He's really trying to nail down b and d. And he likes to point. So that'll be another clue for you. A high point might mean something behind what you think he wants.
