Here are the cutefaces just hanging out.

Liam is starting to use the exersaucer. Look out for the birdies! Woa!

I was just reading about toddlers and their memory. They often mislearn things inadvertently. For example, they may read a story and think it really happened to them. Jackson has mislearned when to use batteries. I think it started with a toy that wouldn't play music any more. We said it needed new batteries. Now, if anything doesn't work properly, Jackson says, "battrees". It took us a while to figure out what he was saying. We were reading a book about trucks a few nights ago and it has a bunch of doors that slide to reveal who drives which truck, or what color the truck is, etc. One door kept falling open. Jackson said, "battrees". So cute. In the same book there is a page where kids learn that the "police officer drives the police truck", or the "construction worker drives the bulldozer". Amazingly he can match the correct driver to vehicle. But, on some occasions we'll ask him, "Who drives the tractor?" and he'll say "Jesus". No idea why he says that, but cute once again.
Liam thinks my baby noises are funny. He's got a bunch of tickle spots, too. He has an easy smile and I love it.
