Yesterday morning Colin took Jackson to the Home Depot to join other kids in making a kid-sized project of some sort. They do this on the first Saturday of every month. Jackson loved LOVED it. I can't believe we just found out about it last month when we were talking to someone who worked there. Suffice it to say that we will be going back as many times as we can.
The kids made a display shelf for match box cars using nails and glue. They had to hammer these tiny nails into the wood and Colin said Jackson hit the nails on the head almost every time.
And at the end of the activity, Jackson snuck a ride on the forklift!
