New Words and Understandings

New words in the boy's vocabulary now include:

bubble (his best yet, and even better, he can blow bubbles in the bath now)
purple
up
saw (pronounced daw)
yes (said in two syllables...ya......sss and the last part is so soft you may miss it)
hello (heh-wo)

He's really trying to mimic a lot of our words now, and will say them over the phone which is uber cute.

Last, he had two funny moments recently.

First, we were reading a book tonight about babies and Colin asked Jackson to point to a baby (meaning in the book). Instead, the cuteness face pointed to his own belly. We think this means he understands that Mommy has a baby in her belly, and has instead transferred that thought to his own belly.

Second, Colin was feeding Jackson at the table and thought he was going to throw some food. So Colin shook his finger and said, "No, no, no." Well then our funny boy just shook his finger at his Daddy and said "No, no, no" right back. Precious.
